What they are and who manages them

The first-party technology controller is Business Intelligence Marketing LLC, a US LLC formed in Delaware, Estados Unidos, contact info@buinma.com. Technologies maintain requested functions, protect forms and remember preferences. Some appear only on sign-in, starting a reading or making a choice.

Analytics, advertising and consent
You can choose analytics, conversion measurement in Google Ads and personalized advertising separately. Analytics allows Google Analytics to measure visits, contact actions and readings with a verified email. Advertising measurement allows this website to send conversions to Google Ads. Personalization allows advertising cookies and visit data to tailor ads on Google; accepting it does not by itself enable our Google Ads conversions. We do not include email addresses, answers or reading content in these events or include contact lists in events. Google may process technical data, such as the IP address when receiving a connection, under its policies. “Accept all” authorizes all three purposes. The previous permission to measure conversions does not authorize personalized ads; we will ask you to make a new choice. You can withdraw each permission through Cookie preferences in the footer. With your specific permission, Meta Platforms Ireland receives eligible public page visits and phone clicks through its pixel, including technical data such as IP address, browser, URL and advertising cookies, for measurement and personalized advertising on Facebook and Instagram. A click does not prove an answered call or purchase. These events do not include questions, readings, forms or contact details. Consented first-party contact lists are managed separately. The pixel does not load on private readings. Withdraw this permission in Cookie preferences. The three purposes are communicated to Google separately. Rejecting personalization keeps personalized advertising denied even if you accept measurement. Accepting personalization and rejecting measurement allows cookies and visit data to personalize ads, but does not enable our Google Ads conversions. If you only accept analytics, Google may receive consent signals without advertising cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. With analytics permission, this website records clicks on call or WhatsApp buttons, including time, public page, source, campaign and event dispatch status, for 180 days. This register stores no IP addresses, visitor identifiers, customer phone numbers or messages. Source information is kept in the tab with a logical 30-minute expiry and removed when analytics is rejected. A click does not confirm a call or a sent message.
If optional tracking technologies are added, they must stay off until the necessary consent has been obtained. Equally easy options to accept, reject and configure them, and to withdraw a choice, must be provided. Browsing, scrolling or closing a notice does not constitute consent. A former cookie choice does not itself authorise new purposes.
Videos, social networks and external content
The external YouTube player loads when you activate the video, using youtube-nocookie.com. Activation connects your device to the provider and may involve processing technical data or storage under its policies; enhanced privacy mode does not mean no processing at all. Social network and podcast links open their own services when you choose to visit them. Where these services require consent for non-essential technologies, it must be obtained before use.
Managing these technologies
Use your browser’s privacy or site data settings to inspect and delete cookies and storage, block them or remove them on closing. Deleting technical technologies may sign you out, reset your language or prevent recovery of a reading. “Remember me” is optional; you can leave it unchecked and sign out. Email subscriptions are managed using unsubscribe links, rather than cookies.

Foreign provider, privacy and preferences
US formation does not remove cookie rules applicable to users in Spain or the EEA. Changing language, arriving from an advertisement or selecting a country does not authorise optional cookies or international transfers. The privacy policy identifies the controller, relevant representatives and international safeguards.
Technology changes and withdrawing a choice
Before new non-essential technologies are used, their information and required consent mechanism must be available, with refusal and withdrawal as accessible as acceptance. The inventory must identify purpose, provider and actual duration. Deleting browser cookies does not itself unsubscribe email or cancel consultations; use the relevant management channels. A technical choice needed for service is not advertising consent.
